We have focused on employer branding about 7 to 8 years in China.
Are you measuring your employer brand? If yes, how?
Yes, we usually measure our employer brand through some external surveys. We also take recruitment results as a benchmark of our employer brand.
Is employer branding driven by the senior management team?
Yes, our management team initiates and drives the employer brand promotion.

1. P&G has set-up a clear Employee Value Proposition(EVP) to guide our employer brand activities.
2. We are developing six subdivisions of P&G's EVP, to make it operational.
3. We are enhancing the internal and external communication, to give a better understanding of P&G to our employees and potential employees.
